the beds were indeed comfortable. the room was clean upon arrival. the breakfast offered many choices. the staff seemed helpful overall.
i noticed animal hairs on the floor, a bit off-putting (not a big issue though).

I found the staff helpful. They allowed an early check-in. the room was super clean and cozy, which i greatly appreciated after a long journey. i enjoyed the breakfast. there was a good variety of food and it was tasty.
The air conditioning needed some attention. It wasn't cooling as effectively as i expected.
